Administrative Assistant

Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. This is a long-term contract position that requires someone with strong organizational and technical skills and attention to detail. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and communication responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Accurately input data into company tracking systems and maintain detailed records.

Complete and update Excel spreadsheets with provided information.

Utilize company software to create purchase orders and manage related documentation.

Monitor and track scaffolding using specialized company programs.

Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence.

Respond to inbound calls and emails efficiently and courteously.

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate appointments and maintain schedules using Microsoft Outlook.

Prepare presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint.

Assist with other administrative duties as required. Requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Demonstrated experience in accurate data entry and document management.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to learn and use company-specific software efficiently.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles.

Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Familiarity with creating purchase orders and tracking systems is a plus. TalentMatch®
