Administrative Assistant

Position: Full-Time (40 hours a week with some flexibility on schedule)

Responsibilities:

Data entry

Light inventory tracking

Assist with shipping and receiving

Experience Required:

Proficiency in QuickBooks

Compensation:

$20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience

Requirements:

Interview if customer selects you for an interview

No remote working

Drug screen and background check required

Preferred Experience (all not required):

Accounts Receivable (AR) / Accounts Payable (AP)

Order Entry

Purchasing

Shipping / Receiving
