Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join the Admissions Department on a long-term contract basis. This role is fully onsite in West Barnstable, Massachusetts, offering a dynamic opportunity to support daily operations with efficiency and a focus on precision. Responsibilities:

Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update records.

Handle a variety of clerical tasks, including filing, scanning, faxing, and organizing documents.

Provide exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls and responding to email inquiries promptly.

Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars to ensure smooth operations.

Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Word to create and edit correspondence and other documents.

Assist with general office organization and ensure materials are easily accessible.

Support internal processes and workflows by following established procedures.

Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts to address inquiries and resolve issues.

Maintain a friendly and focused demeanor in interactions with colleagues and visitors. Requirements - Proven experience in data entry and clerical tasks.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word for correspondence and document management.

Ability to schedule and manage appointments efficiently.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to work independently and take direction effectively.
