We are looking for a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Administrative Assistant contract-to-permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute through exceptional organizational and data management skills. The ideal Administrative Assistant candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring advanced technical expertise to support various administrative functions.

What you get to do every single day:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Accurately input, update, and maintain data across spreadsheets, organizational systems, and reporting platforms.

Organize and manage data to ensure it is readily accessible and well-structured.

Design and deliver engaging presentations tailored to departmental needs.

Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets, utilizing advanced features such as pivot tables, formulas, charts, and VLOOKUP.

Generate reports and extract large datasets to support decision-making processes.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date organizational files, ensuring compliance with standards.

Handle additional administrative tasks and data-related projects as assigned.

Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

Requirements

Other requirements for the Administrative Assistant position include and are not limited to:

Minimum of 1+ years of experience in administrative or data entry roles.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, charts, and VLOOKUP.

Strong technical aptitude and ability to work with various software systems.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Familiarity with CRM systems and tools such as Power BI or Taleo is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
