Accountant
TNT Security Solutions is a growing, service-driven business committed to operational excellence and financial integrity.
We're looking for a seasoned accountant to join our team and support our expanding operations with a high level of accuracy, insight, and professionalism.
General Responsibilities:
Manage general ledger and prepare accurate financial statements
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
Monitor cash flow and budget tracking
Prepare and file tax documents in compliance with federal and state laws
Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processes
Assist in audits and liaise with external accountants as needed
Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to leadership
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 5+ years of professional accounting experience
Proficient in QuickBooks and/or other accounting software
Strong understanding of GAAP and regulatory compliance
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication and organizational skills
