Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Rochester, New York. This Contract-to-long-term position offers a dynamic opportunity to support daily operations and contribute to event coordination efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls and managing email correspondence.

Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain and update records.

Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently.

Assist with planning and executing events, ensuring all logistics are handled effectively.

Manage inbound and outbound communications to support team operations.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, to create and edit documents and presentations.

Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes.

Maintain an organized workspace and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Support general office operations and handle miscellaneous administrative duties as needed. Requirements - Proven experience in customer service and handling inbound calls.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience in scheduling appointments and coordinating events.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
