Description

We are looking for a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in the Roselle, New Jersey area. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth communication and efficient processes between customers and internal teams. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. Salary is 50,000-60,000.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate customer and product data to support seamless order processing and invoicing.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring resolution with attention to detail.

Collaborate with sales, accounting, logistics, manufacturing, and quality teams to coordinate customer orders effectively.

Compile and submit monthly commission reports for brokers upon approval.

Arrange the shipment of product samples based on instructions provided by Account Managers.

Prepare export documentation, including necessary certificates, to ensure compliance with international shipping requirements.

Requirements - Proven experience in customer service or administrative assistance roles.

Strong bilingual communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in managing and updating customer and item master data.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Familiarity with preparing export documentation and coordinating shipments.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in common office software and tools.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
