Summary

Join our team as a Building Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair our facility and machinery. This role involves troubleshooting, electrical work, HVAC maintenance, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair facility infrastructure and production machinery.

Troubleshoot and fabricate parts as needed.

Perform electrical maintenance (low and high voltage).

Handle HVAC systems and mechanical repairs.

Program and diagnose PLCs; manage motor controls and drives.

Follow safety protocols and ensure high-quality standards.

Required Skills:

Strong in electrical systems (both low and high voltage).

Experience in building and facilities maintenance.

Proficient in troubleshooting and mechanical repair.

Knowledge of PLC programming and motor control systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

HVAC maintenance experience.

Strong commitment to safety and quality.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
