Additionally, our fuel and convenience division, pharmacy, in-house grocery warehouse and distribution center, in-house Central Bakery, in-house Fresh Foods Commissary, and Tops Cleaners are significant assets to our operations. We also have a handful of other retail entities in the markets where the fit is right: Little Dukes, Ace Hardware, Country Floral Gifts & Greenhouse, Caribou Coffee, Dunn Bros Coffee, and Erbert and Gerbert's. Overview The Liquor Manager directs and manages all phases of retail liquor store operations. Duties include planning, directing, and controlling store activities. Responsible for maximizing utilization of store personnel through effective scheduling, counseling, training, and supervision. Responsible for cash accountability, accurate bookkeeping and recordkeeping, sanitation, safety, store security, customer service, gross profit, expense control, inventory, shrink, accurate pricing, store signage, and building and equipment maintenance. Responsible for directing staff to include: directing workload, counseling, training, performance evaluations and supervision.
