Clearwater County is hiring a part-timeDeputyCourtClerkunder the
supervision of the Court Administrator. This position will perform
legal, administrative, secretarial, and clerical duties to expedite and
maintain proper processes, procedures and protocol on civil and criminal
proceedings. This is an entry level position with the primary
responsibilities to include learning the proper processes and procedures
of theCourt, opening new cases, accepting and receipting fees and
payments, scheduling, calendaring, preparing legal documents andcourtand
judicial orders. High school diploma or GED, one year clerical or
secretarial experience, preferably in a legal setting; or equivalent
combination of experience and training. Starting wage \$16.20
Some required testing to be performed at the Idaho Dept. of Labor
office.
