We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable General Maintenance Technician to join our team. The General Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.\ \ Qualifications:

Prior petroleum / gas station experience helpful, but not required.\

High school diploma or equivalent.\

Proven experience as a General Maintenance Technician or similar

role.\

Solid knowledge of general maintenance techniques and repair

procedures.\

Proficient in using hand and power tools.\

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and

resolve maintenance issues.\

Excellent organizational and time management skills.\

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.\

Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with

a team.\

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as

required.\ \ Responsibilities:\

Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance

requirements.\

Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing windows, doors,

electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC systems.\

Repair or replace faulty equipment and parts.\

Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.\

Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment for events and

meetings.\

Ensure the completion of maintenance activities within designated time

frames.\

Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.\

Follow company safety guidelines and protocols.\

Collaborate with other team members to ensure optimal maintenance and

repair outcomes.\

Recommend improvements and upgrades to enhance facility
