Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Act as the point of contact among employees, clients and other

external partners;

Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner;

Manage the CEOs calendars and set up meetings;

Make travel and accommodation arrangements;

Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly

reports;

Oversee the performance of other clerical staff;

Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory;

Format and update information for internal and external

communication memos, emails, presentations, reports, marketing materials and product sheets;

Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence;

Organize and maintain the office filing system;

Take minutes during meetings as needed;

Perform all other duties as assigned and required

Education & Experience Requirements:

Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or

office role;

Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a

dynamic, fast-paced environment;

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific procedures

and instructions;

Superior written and oral communication skills;

High School Degree; Excellent MS Office knowledge;

Outstanding organizational and time management skills;

Familiarity with office equipment and applications (i.e. printers,

copy machines);

Eagerness to learn and wear many hats;

Knowledge of the agriculture and livestock landscape is a plus
