We are hiring an Administrative Assistant!

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide crucial support in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

Answer phones and direct calls appropriately.

Scan and organize invoices for processing.

Maintain filing systems to ensure easy access to documents.

Provide general administrative support to the team.

Essential Skills

Proficient administrative skills.

Experience in filing and scanning.

Ability to manage clerical tasks efficiently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Exposure to Accounts Payable (AP) processes is a plus but not required.

Work Environment

Join a focused team of four in a structured manufacturing setting. The role requires being in the office five days a week, where the team emphasizes productivity and minimal distractions. Expect to work alongside professionals who value concentration and dedication to tasks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
