Manufacturing Supervisor in Gray

Pay: $29 per hour + $2 shift differential for 2nd shift

Schedule: M-Th 4p - 3a

Assignment Length: Temp-to-hire

Duties:

Providing immediate supervision to a team by assigning tasks and monitoring progress

Checking work frequently and defining daily priorities and schedules

Performing individual tasks related to the unit or group as needed

Ensuring compliance with ESD, safety, ergonomic, and security policies

Prioritizing schedules and allocating resources to meet daily goals

Communicating issues, updates, and concerns to upper management

Qualifications needed in order to be considered for this position:

2-3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

Mechanical and electrical knowledge

Strong organizational and people skills
