Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and approachable Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Mayfield Village, Ohio. In this role, you will represent our organization at events, webinars, and benefits fairs, ensuring attendees have a positive and informative experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.

This is a ONE DAY assignment ***

Responsibilities:

Represent the organization at events, webinars, and benefits fairs, providing attendees with clear and engaging information.

Deliver concise and effective elevator pitches to promote services and ensure smooth event flow.

Maintain a detail-oriented and welcoming presence while interacting with attendees.

Act as the primary point of contact for the organization during events, addressing attendee inquiries and needs.

Stand for extended periods of time as needed during events.

Collaborate with team members to ensure the success of each event.

Adhere to business casual dress codes, maintaining a neat and organized appearance.

Provide post-event feedback and insights to help improve future engagements.

Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry, scheduling, and correspondence.

Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and appointment scheduling as needed.

Requirements - Proven experience in customer service, including call center or event support roles.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and documentation.

Ability to manage email correspondence and handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail when scheduling and entering orders.

Friendly and approachable demeanor with the ability to create a welcoming environment.

Capable of standing for long durations during events.
