Description

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction by answering questions, resolving issues, and representing the company with professionalism and positivity.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat platforms in a timely and courteous manner.

Resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's database.

Provide detailed information about products, services, and policies.

Identify and assess customer needs to achieve high-quality service outcomes.

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and problem resolution processes.

Requirements

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).

Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or a similar role.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain calm under pressure.

Empathy, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude.
