Responsibilities for a Seasonal Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to: ?

Answering incoming phone calls, greeting customers, and directing inquiries with excellent phone etiquette and professionalism

Performing general clerical tasks such as copying, filing, invoicing, and managing documents using Microsoft Office tools

Organizing and assisting in the creation of PowerPoint presentations for monthly safety meetings

Maintaining records, managing case files, and providing timely support across various departments

Candidates for Seasonal Administrative Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered: ?

Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent organizational and time management abilities

High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

High School Diploma or GED required

Pay: $21.87/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)

Pay Details: $21.87 per hour
