Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of administrative duties, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining organized records.

Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external partners.

Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.

Assist in planning and supporting office activities, events, and projects as needed.

Monitor and order office supplies, and ensure office equipment is functioning properly.

Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports for the team.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Minimum of [X years] of administrative experience in a professional office setting.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
