Job Title: Manufacturing Associate Temp to Perm

Location: New Britain, CT

Shift: 1st Shift (Full-Time)

Pay: $18-$20 per hour (based on experience)

Industry: Manufacturing / Production

Overview:

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Manufacturing Associate to join our 1st shift team in New Britain. This is a hands-on role supporting various areas of the production process. The ideal candidate is flexible, hardworking, and eager to contribute to a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day production tasks including assembly, packaging, and labeling

Support machine operators with setup, operation, and basic maintenance

Handle materials and supplies, including stocking and staging for production lines

Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet company standards

Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety guidelines

Cross-train in various departments to support production flow and team needs

Collaborate with supervisors and coworkers to meet production goals and deadlines

Assist with other general labor or warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Willingness to learn and take on various responsibilities

Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
