Job Title: Manufacturing AdminJob Description

This role involves acting as a dedicated liaison between the organization and our customers, ensuring the maintenance of strong relationships and providing exceptional support. The position requires a proactive approach to anticipate customer needs and deliver professional solutions tailored to their requirements.

Responsibilities

Accurately enter and confirm customer orders, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.

Provide customers with detailed information regarding order status, estimated delivery schedules, service contracts, and warranties.

Collaborate closely with production and shipping teams to manage customer shipments and expedite orders.

Resolve any delivery-related issues promptly and efficiently.

Manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Work with the Business Development team to ensure timely response to all customer needs and exceed expectations.

Conduct customer visits as needed to assess needs and promote product/service sales.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems; experience using Epicor is a plus.

Work Environment

The role is primarily office-based, involving regular interaction with various teams including production and shipping. Standard business hours apply, with occasional travel for customer visits. The work environment emphasizes teamwork, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
