Job Title: AP SpecialistJob Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented AP Specialist with expertise in ERP systems, specifically Sage, to manage a volume of 50-75 invoices per week. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel skills, including proficiency in pivot tables, and have experience in full cycle accounts payable, check processing, working with various funding sources, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

Manage full cycle accounts payable processes.

Process checks accurately and in a timely manner.

Work with different funding sources for payment processing.

Conduct reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.

Handle 1099 forms and related tasks.

Apply debit and credit accounting principles effectively.

Essential Skills

Proven experience in accounts payable management.

Knowledge of invoice processing.

Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables.

Understanding of accounting principles, including debits and credits.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with ERP systems, particularly Sage.

1099 experience is highly desirable.

Work Environment

The work environment is a standard office setting, with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and is located onsite. You will be working alongside individuals in custodial roles and similar positions. The role offers great benefits including medical, vision, and dental coverage, an EBHRA of $2150 for health needs, and a 403B plan with employer contributions based on tenure ranging from 4% to 12% of salary. Additionally, you will receive 15 days of PTO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $28.84/hr.
