Your primary goal will be to build hotel occupancy and revenue, achieving both personal and hotel revenue targets. You'll also be responsible for the management and results of a Market Sales Executive, two Group Sales Executives, and Hotel Sales Coordinators.On average, about 70% of your time will be spent on client-facing sales activities, with the remaining 30% devoted to leadership.What You'll Be Doing:Drive Revenue: Generate business-to-business opportunities to increase hotel occupancy and revenue.Lead Sales Team: Directly supervise, coach, and develop a Market Sales Executive, two Group Sales Executives, and Coordinators.Strategic Market Management: Develop and execute sales strategiesBuild Relationships: Cultivate new business and nurture existing accounts.Analyze Performance: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales data.Sales Process Ownership: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and proposals to contract negotiation and CRM documentation.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including Revenue Management, and other sales executives to maximize market share.Deliver Presentations: Create and deliver professional presentations to clients and prospects.Ensure Excellence: Maintain high service standards and contribute to a positive, safe work environment.What We're Looking For:Education:Four-year college degree preferred, especially in sales and marketing.Experience:Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality with a group sales background.Prior leadership experience or completion of a company leadership development program is preferred.Rise.
