Job Summary

As Warehouse Coordinator you will asses material needs, transport materials and unpack and check good received in a warehouse environment.

Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Worker. This position will be a full-time and onsite contract opportunity in Fuquay-Varina North Carolina . The shift for this position is 6am - 2:30pm Monday through Friday.

What You'll Do

Assesses material needs and develops forecasts for assigned production area at the beginning of the shift and orders materials to support the production schedule

Transports materials, including raw materials, components, packaging materials, finished goods and/or scrap, to/from production floor

Completes required paperwork to accompany outgoing materials such as intercompany bills- of-lading

Prepares outgoing materials using a variety of methods including, scanning, labeling, wrapping

Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items

Lifts heavy items

Posts weights and shipping charges

What You'll Need

Required

High School Diploma or GED

Reliable attendance and punctuality for the scheduled work hours

Physical Demands

Lift heavy items and may operate a forklift or pallet jack

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
