Job Opportunity: Administrative Assistant at Baxter

Location: Deerfield, IL

Pay Rate: $25.79 per hour

Work Environment: Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite

Contract Length: 6 months (potential for contract-to-hire)

Role Highlights:

Leadership: Executive support for VP R&D and VP Marketing.

Efficiency: Oversee daily office operations ensuring efficient workflows.

Team Leadership: Manage and supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and training.

Coordination: Organize meetings, events, and travel for senior management.

Communication: Handle sensitive correspondence ensuring confidentiality.

Budgeting: Assist in budgeting and expense tracking.

Project Oversight: Monitor and report on administrative activities and progress.

Resource Management: Maintain office supplies ensuring availability.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to organizational policies and best practices.

This Job is for You if You Have:

Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written skills for effective high-level interaction.

Independence: Ability to work independently and solve complex situations.

Attention to Detail: Manage multiple tasks with accuracy.

Tech Savvy: Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Experience: 8+ years supporting leadership as a Senior Administrative professional.

Education: HS diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or certification preferred.
