POSITION: Administration Assistant

DUTIES: Welcome and direct visitors to the appropriate staff or office Answer and route incoming phone calls and take messages Distribute mail, maintain office supplies, and keep accurate records Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable Provide basic customer service and resolve routine inquiries Enter data into the company database Schedule appointments for clients Process cash payments, operate the cash register, and balance the drawer at shift-end

REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma Minimum 18 years of age Valid driver s license Basic math skills and accurate cash-handling ability Basic computer proficiency

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organization, and attention to detail Customer-service orientation and professional demeanor

PREFERRED SKILLS: Prior customer-service or front-desk experience Experience with office software for email, scheduling, and data entry

WAGE: $15.00 $17.00 per hour (DOE)

SHIFTS: Day shift, generally Monday Friday 8 a.m. 5 p.m.; hours may vary with workload

JOB SITE: Las Animas, CO

BENEFITS: Annual leave Sick leave PERA retirement plan
