Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: Starts at $20.35 per hour

Shift available: 3rd shift

Schedule: 12 hour rotating shifts

What's a typical day as a Manufacturing Operator? You'll be:

Assisting in the Manufacturing and Operational processes while ensuring adherence to Quality Systems.

Managing material flow on the equipment, monitoring operations, and making necessary adjustments to meet specifications.

Responsible for area housekeeping and following proper safety procedures, while also recommending changes to enhance equipment performance.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have the ability to read, count, and write effectively, with prompt and reliable attendance.

Can distinguish colors, evidenced by a maximum score of 80 on the Farnsworth-Munsell Color Test.

Possess effective written and verbal communication skills and are able to collaborate with team members to address issues.
