Robert Half is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Corporate Accountant with 4+ years of accounting experience to join a dynamic and growing organization. This role is perfect for a candidate who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys taking ownership of financial reporting and compliance responsibilities. If you have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of GAAP, and a track record of managing complex accounting processes, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards.

Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis.

Support the auditing process by providing necessary documentation and resolving inquiries in collaboration with external auditors.

Oversee capital asset reconciliations, payment requests, depreciation schedules, and fixed asset activity.

Ensure compliance with regulatory filings and reporting requirements, including tax filings and financial disclosures.

Support the development and maintenance of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to strengthen financial integrity.

Analyze and report financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and finance, to streamline operations and maintain data accuracy.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to drive financial decision-making.

Requirements

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification highly preferred.

4+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment.

Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis tools).

In-depth knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.

Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure.

Experience working in a multi-entity or international organization is a plus.
