We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant. This role offers the opportunity to gain comprehensive knowledge of our business operations while contributing to key financial processes. Responsibilities:

Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and discrepancies in financial data.

Prepare and manage bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.

Analyze gross profit margins and provide detailed reports to support business decisions.

Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.

Handle payroll processes, ensuring compliance and precision.

Manage inventory accounting and monitor related transactions.

Collaborate with team members to enhance accounting procedures and streamline operations.

Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed.

Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements within the accounting department.

Requirements - Proven experience in financial analysis and variance reporting.

Strong proficiency in performing bank reconciliations.

Demonstrated ability to analyze gross profit and other financial metrics.

Expertise in preparing financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.

Familiarity with payroll processes and compliance requirements.

Knowledge of inventory accounting and related systems.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
