Supply Chain Manager

Our client, a leading player in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join their team. As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be part of the logistics department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Location: Weslaco, TX

Pay Range: From $75,000.00 per year

What's the Job?

Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business growth

Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand

Coordinate with production, procurement, and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery of products

Utilize systems such as SAP ERP for inventory management and production planning

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain processes

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a food manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and logistics principles

Proficiency in SAP ERP system and other supply chain management software

Fluency in English and Spanish
