Entry-level Production Worker

Job Type: Full-Time

Shifts Available:

1st Shift: Mon-Fri 6:40am - 2:45pm - $18.50/hr

2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 2:40pm - 10:45pm - $20/hr

3rd Shift: Sun-Thu 10:40pm - 6:45am - $21.50/hr

What You'll Do:

Follow detailed instructions and specifications to assemble medical devices.

Utilize basic hand tools and equipment to complete your tasks efficiently.

Inspect and test assembled products to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.

Maintain a tidy work area to ensure a safe and productive environment.

Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Work closely with your team to meet production goals and deadlines.

Clean Room Requirements:

Wear clean room attire, including gowns, gloves, and hairnets.

Follow strict hygiene and cleanliness protocols.

Adhere to clean room standards and procedures to maintain a sterile environment.

No make-up, lotion, or nail polish allowed.

What We Need From You:

Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to work with small parts.

Ability to stand at your workstation for up to 8 hours/day.

Ability to lift up to 30lbs.

Willingness to work in a clean room environment.

Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures meticulously.

Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Basic computer skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.50/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
