Job Title: Entry-Level Machine Operator - 3rd Shift (Overnight)

Location: South Windsor, CT 06074

Pay Rate: $18.35 per hour

Schedule: 3rd Shift | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | 12-hour rotating schedule (includes rotating Saturdays)

Overtime: Mandatory as needed

Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Entry-Level Machine Operator to join our overnight production team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with warehouse experience who are looking to start or grow their career in manufacturing. In this role, you will assist with machine operations to help ensure a smooth and efficient production process.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in setting up and operating manufacturing machines

Monitor equipment to ensure proper functionality and product quality

Load raw materials and move finished products to appropriate locations

Follow all company safety protocols, including wearing required PPE

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Complete basic production and quality documentation

Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

Ability to work a 12-hour overnight shift with rotating Saturdays

Willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed

Must wear steel toe boots while on site

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Must be reliable and have consistent attendance

Break Schedule:

Two paid 15-minute breaks

One unpaid 30-minute meal break
