YOUR TYPICAL DAY
Step into a dynamic role where your day starts by building and managing
relationships with key customer accounts! As an Account Manager - Customer
Service Representative, you'll identify and address customer needs,
collaborate with internal teams, and develop tailored solutions that drive
success. Regular account review meetings keep you on top of your game, and
updating customer information in our CRM system ensures seamless service. You
consistently stay ahead with current knowledge of agronomic and business
goals, competitive activity, and financing options. Your proactive
approach and teamwork with dealership personnel will meet customer needs and
exceed sales objectives.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
10+ years of agricultural industry experience
Extensive knowledge of John Deere and competitive equipment, as well as
technology trends/advancements
Excellent customer service/relationship skills with current and future
decision-makers
Bachelor's degree in business, finance/accounting, or a discipline
related to agriculture or equivalent work experience
Business, financial, and logistical management knowledge
Knowledge of relevant agronomic practices and trends
The ability to use software applications such as Microsoft Office and internet
functions
The ability to work flexible hours
