Description We are looking for a detail-focused Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Mt Clemons, Michigan. This role involves providing critical administrative support across various tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will bring excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to handling diverse responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain filing systems, ensuring all documents are properly stored and easily accessible.

Match receipts and ensure accurate data entry into internal systems.

Prepare and @type quotes for bids with high attention to detail.

Copy, file, and organize folders to maintain efficient workflows.

Answer inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service.

Manage email correspondence and respond promptly to inquiries.

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars to optimize time management.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, for various administrative tasks.

Support team members with additional administrative duties as required. Requirements - Proven experience in an administrative or similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Familiarity with answering inbound and outbound calls and providing exceptional customer service. TalentMatch®
