A Restaurant Supervisoris responsible forassistingmanagement in the direction and administration of a restaurant in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3within food and beverage, a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience, strong leadershipand organizational skills,and ability to work a varied schedule that includes mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.Previousunion, hoteland restaurant experience are plus!

What will I be doing?

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you wouldbe responsible forassistingmanagement in the direction and administration of a restaurant in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you wouldbe responsible forperforming the following tasks to the highest standards:

Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work,informand train team members in all restaurant activities and operations

Monitor,observeandassistin evaluating team member performance

Support andassistteam members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints

Ensure compliance with health, safety,sanitationand alcohol awareness standards

Manage andmonitorproduct quality and service and satisfaction trends,evaluateand address issues and make improvements accordingly

Assistin monitoring inventory and inventory control

The hourly rangefor this role is $22.00- $27.50.
