Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fairfax, Virginia. Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and address concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Perform accurate data entry and prepare detailed reports to support business operations.

Coordinate with vendors and loan teams to ensure seamless communication and operations.

Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails to provide timely assistance.

Multitask effectively to manage administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Compile and organize data for reporting purposes.

Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining attention to detail.

Provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth workflows.

Adapt to changing priorities and maintain strong communication with clients. Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role.

Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Experience handling inbound and outbound calls is preferred.
