This role will be responsible for developing and executing engagement, acquisition, and retention campaigns for the C&S and Optum Care programs. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in keeping members engaged in our oncology programs and cross-promoting complementary WHS solution products, such as Calm Health.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

Campaign Development: Lead the strategy, development, and execution of acquisition and retention campaigns for C&S and Optum Care programs.

Engagement & Acquisition: Design and implement campaigns to attract and enroll new members into our oncology programs, driving revenue growth.

Retention Strategies: Develop and manage retention campaigns to keep members engaged in the programs longer, ensuring continuous improvement and effectiveness.

Cross-Promotion: Identify opportunities to cross-promote WHS solution products, like Calm Health, to enhance member experience and program engagement.

Measurement & Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.

Test & Learn: Implement a test-and-learn approach to continuously refine and enhance campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and success of marketing initiatives.

Skills:

Proven experience in marketing campaign development and execution, preferably in healthcare or oncology.

Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of marketing experience within a matrix organization

5+ years of experience managing and prioritizing several deliverables

3+ years Consumer marketing experience

2+ years of global marketing experience

Demonstrated success planning, executing, and measuring marketing B2C

Proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Experience managing multiple programs and projects simultaneously

Ability to be flexible, remain curious and be a problem-solver

Preferred Qualifications:

Healthcare industry marketing experience

Project Management Experience

Solid communication and influencing skills

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
