To effectively manage and direct business activities for direct access and non-direct access of business. The go-to person for day to day to questions, challenges.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

Improve, identify and implement process for efficiency in placing and tracking business

Identified as a "go-to" person for clients to efficiently direct case activity, design, underwriting, sales strategies, etc. for direct access and non-direct access carriers

Identify and communicate carrier specialties for greater efficiencies and process development

Continual educational development in all aspects of the business to support channel initiatives

Instrumental in recommending and suggesting process improvement for identifying issues and developing and recommending solutions for greater efficiency

Provide proactive customer service driven to achieve revenue plan

Process/complete case management requirements for both light and full service model

Work with Marketing to develop campaigns

Support service initiatives to Tellus channel

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

High School Graduate or equivalent GED

Experience with PCs in a Windows environment

Effective interpersonal and written communication skills

Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers

Effective time management skills

Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously

Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment

Ability to work in a self-directed fashion

Knowledgeable of all aspects of the business, including case design, underwriting, case management, carriers' niche, advanced sales, licensing and contracting and commissions

Three years of experience in sales, underwriting, case design and/or case management processing

Proven track record of excellent customer service

Solution-oriented, ability to go above and beyond

Results-oriented; ability to work creatively within guidelines

Excellent computer skills, proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Access

Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style

General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of CRC Group: All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of CRC Group offering the position. Teammates also receive no less than 10 days of vacation (prorated based on date of hire and by full-time or part-time status) during their first year of employment, along with 10 sick days (also prorated), and paid holidays. Depending on the position and division, this job may also be eligible for restricted stock units, and/or a deferred compensation plan.
