PAY & PERKS
As our Account Manager - Production Ag, you will receive competitive
compensation, with a base salary ranging from $48,000 to $250,000
per year and commission opportunities that reward your success. Enjoy a

ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?
As our Account Manager - Production Ag, you engage directly with local
customers to assess their equipment needs and recommend tailored solutions
using your expertise in John Deere and competitive agricultural equipment. You
strategize and develop sales plans, maintaining detailed records in our CRM
software to track progress and nurture customer relationships. Regular
activities include participating in demonstrations to showcase the latest
equipment innovations and educating customers on new technologies and their
benefits. You stay updated on agronomy practices and financing options,
ensuring comprehensive support for customers aiming to enhance their
operations
Knowledge of current agricultural issues
Ability to lift 40 lbs
Ability to operate, mount, dismount, hook up, secure, and transport
equipment safely
Ability to sit, stand, and squat for extended periods of time
Ability to communicate with customers and team members and form excellent
customer relationships
Ability to competently use computerized tools and reports
Ability to negotiate
Ability and willingness to mentor inexperienced candidates
Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or agriculture-related field
3+ years of account management or direct sales experience in agricultural
farm equipment or related field
