Position Overview
As the Supply Chain Enterprise applications Manager at Shockwave, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing scalable systems architecture and roadmap that supports the priorities of the Global Operations organization, which includes core Supply Chain Management functions. This leader will have excellent domain experience in this area as well as a proven success record of delivering business value. He or She will bring a wealth of experience in developing and delivering modern technology solutions, excellent vendor management skills, and have a proven track record of modernizing and transforming technology capabilities aligned to business process transformation.
Essential Job Functions
Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor while building and maintaining relationships with business executives to develop a clear understanding of business needs and strategic priorities. Partner with business leadership and other key collaborators globally to define opportunities and establish a multi quarter roadmap and prioritize IT projects based on predefined criteria (e.g., return on investment, productivity, compliance). You will lead a team that translates business requirements into product roadmaps with an agile delivery approach in partnership with technical delivery, while managing cyber, operational and/or regulatory risks.
Technology Strategy & Leadership: Responsible for making technology investments decisions to support needed business capabilities by assessing opportunities for reusing Enterprise solutions or for building/buying new ones with extensibility & enterprise scalability in mind.
Organizational Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of IT functional product owners, who will actively own and execute on their product strategy, by leading functional definition of capabilities, partnering with technical delivery to build required capabilities, supporting QA, UAT, go-live etc.
Planning & Execution: Partner with the Director, Mfg/Supply-Chain/Quality Systems to define/adopt annual and ongoing intake planning frameworks to capture business demand. Own prioritizing & sizing of projects, in partnership with business stakeholders and technical delivery leadership. Own the complete delivery of projects in their domain, or partner with an assigned project manager to own functional delivery for larger projects. Drive the adoption of Agile/scrum methodology for on-going delivery, where appropriate.
Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, computer science, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Manufacturing/Supply Chain systems or in a combination of Operations & IT.
Excellent strategic planning, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders effectively. Ability to facilitate decisions and recommendations on complex issues and present to Sr. Management.
Knowledge of ERP, Quality Management Systems(QMS), Warehouse Management Systems(WMS): Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ERP is a plus.
Strong knowledge of compliance/regulatory requirements and ability to design and manage enterprise applications in adherence to these standards.
Knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) is a plus.
Additional Information:
The anticipated base pay for this position is $114,000-197,800 annually.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
