Manufacturing Technician (Assembler - Medical Device)

Pay Rate : $23 to $28 per hour DOE

Shifts : 4-10's, M-Th, Fridays available for OT

1st Shift : M-Th, 4:30 am to 3 pm

2nd Shift : M-Th, 3 pm to 1:30 am

Redmond, WA

Job Summary:

We are looking for some Manufacturing Technicians for 1st and 2nd shift! We are dedicated to creating top-tier medical devices for ophthalmic surgery, and we need a motivated individual who shares our passion for quality and customer satisfaction. This role offers a competitive pay range of $23-$28 per hour depending on shift!

Job Specifications:

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Redmond, Washington
Pay Rate: $23-$28 per hour
Shift: 1st and 2nd shift 4-10 hour shifts

Roles and Responsibilities:
Assemble and produce prepped components, subassemblies, and finished goods using a microscope and various equipment.

Utilize hand tools, power tools, and fixtures daily.

Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and adhere to standard operating procedures and policies.

Meet takt requirements as outlined in the job router.

Verify specifications by measuring completed components.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures and guidelines.

Contribute to team efforts by cross-training in other areas and supporting overtime as needed.

Collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.

Basic math skills and strong hand-eye coordination.

Experience using a microscope and basic measuring equipment, such as calipers and comparators.

Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods (shifts are 4 - 10 hour days).

Proficient in reading and writing English.

Medical device experience is a plus.
