Our client, a leader in the construction industry, is seeking a Construction Program Manager to join their team. As a Construction Program Manager, you will be part of the project management team supporting large-scale remediation efforts. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Program Manager

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Pay Range: $47.40 per hour

What's the Job?

Manage day-to-day administration of projects across multiple sites.

Prepare, send, and track construction contracts; follow up to ensure timely review and execution.

Maintain detailed records and filing systems for all project documentation, contracts, and communications.

Track project costs in Excel, updates, and progress in coordination with internal teams and contractors.

Schedule contractors and monitor deliverables to ensure projects remain on time and within budget.

What's Needed?

PMP certification or equivalent required.

Minimum 8 years of experience in construction program or project management, with an emphasis on contract administration and cost tracking.

Ability to understand technology and system designs utilized for Firefighter Air Replenishment Systems.

Proven ability to manage high volumes of administrative work and documentation with precision.

Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
