Job Description

AECOM Leading Builders Group is seeking a Finance Intern for their construction project to be based in New York, NY

This position is expected to begin in May 2025.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Performs a variety of assignments designed to develop professional work knowledge and abilities, requiring the application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out tasks.

Performs entry-level work.

Follows instructions to accomplish tasks assigned by senior staff.

Meets required schedules while producing quality work.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a university program pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance or other related field. and must have completed at least 1 year of study. Candidates who have recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree and plan to continue with the Master's degree are eligible to apply for these positions. Recent graduates must have been enrolled in their bachelor's degree in the most previous school term with an interest in pursuing an advanced degree in the same or similar discipline at the conclusion of the internship.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working for a large general contractor.

Previous relevant internship experience.

Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, and Outlook), as well as exposure to other construction-based computer programs.

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $21.27/hour - $37.22/hour.
