Administrative Assistant ($20-25)

Location: Quinton, AL

Position Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support and leadership and collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth plant operations. This role requires professionalism, confidentiality, and a strong commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage time and expense reporting in compliance with corporate policies.

Provide administrative support to management and HR, including interview coordination and onboarding.

Organize and support meetings, plant tours, and events.

Maintain records, files, and office supplies.

Coordinate travel arrangements and process mail.

Administer procurement card transactions and assist with HR reporting.

Serve as a meeting scribe and support internal communications.

Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma preferred.

Experience:

3-5 years in an administrative support role.

Experience with systems like MAXIMO, ORACLE, or POWERPLANT is a plus.

Skills:

Strong communication, organization, and time management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and manage multiple priorities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
