Account Manager

Wage: $30.90/ hour

Requirements:

Strong management skills.

Minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in Industrial Security Operations, with working knowledge of the Provider's Officers' Manual (Years of supervisory experience required may vary with site complexity).

Ability to read, comprehend, and comply with regulations and correspondence, and to complete forms and reports as required.

Ability to prepare supervisory, incident, and accident reports.

Duties:

Oversee selection of Provider personnel, administrative functions, resolution of billing issues, and invoice discrepancies.

Develop, implement, and maintain security post orders and procedures.

Train security personnel and review/approve work schedules.

Conduct inspections of security staff and facilities to ensure proper security coverage.

Report all incidents to the designated company security leadership within one business day and take appropriate action as directed.

Ensure all posts are adequately staffed and personnel are properly trained.

Collect and disseminate site performance metric data.

Maintain required records.

As an Account Manager you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. If you have experience in positions like Operations Manager, Site Supervisor or Account Manager this role is a great fit for you.
