Description Who is Blaze: Blaze is currently hiring for a Float Personal Banker at our Golden Valley branch. The Float Personal Banker will also work out of the Eden Prairie and Maple Grove branches. Blaze is currently offering a bonus for DNA experience for $5,500 paid over a 2 year period, and $2,000 for Non-DNA experience paid over a 1 year period for all branch and member experience center positions. Requirements What You Will Do: Educate members on how to optimize Blaze's services to meet their individual needs Perform duties and responsibilities with regard to opening and processing changes on the following account @types: Savings, Checking, Certificate, Retirement, Legal and Business Accounts Oversee consumer loan process following approved guidelines Create meaningful relationships via excellent service and face to face interaction Support your team by taking initiative to meet Blaze's growth objectives Exhibit Blaze's Core Values: Better Lives, Thoughtfully Compassionate, Minnesota's Best, and Give Back Who are You: You are passionate about helping others, member centric, and goal driven You have an understanding of account opening, lending, and other financial products You are comfortable having conversations and making recommendations You seek new ways to serve others in your community, are innovative, and thrive on challenges You work well with others, even when things don't go as planned You enjoy a fast paced environment and can multi-task You have at minimum 1-3 years' experience working in a financial institution or equivalent (required) You have a High School degree or GED or equivalent (required) What's in it for You: Competitive WAGES (minimum $23.81/ hour, Saturday paid at 1.5x for hours worked) Opportunity to GROW by receiving constructive guidance and mentorship Development opportunities through CAREER pathway in branches Participation in GIVE BACK to our communities through volunteering, community events, and companywide campaigns Great BENEFITS include affordable healthcare ($20 per check), up to 6% 401K contribution, Tuition Reimbursement and generous vacation time Diversity creates a healthier atmosphere, and we encourage diverse applicant depth and breadth. The salary range for this position is: $23.81-$28.00/hour. This range reflects the base salary for this position. We have other benefits associated with this position which include: low-cost medical (as low as $20 a paycheck), dental insurance, vision insurance, quarterly bonuses, generous vacation and sick time hours, paid leave options, up to 6% 401k contribution, and tuition reimbursement.
