Our newly renovated 250+ room hotel, with nearly 5,000 square feet of meeting space, is conveniently located for business and leisure travelers. Our property is just a short drive from the world-famous Mall of America. Some of our features include a full-service modern American Restaurant concept, featuring creatively crafted interpretations of Food and Beverage made with a Minnesota twist. Other amenities include our indoor heated junior Olympic-sized pool, whirlpool, 24-hour fitness center, and a recent remodel of the property with a local Minnesotan theme. The Pay Range is $12.13 Join our dynamic Food and beverage team and play a crucial role in elevating our hotel's restaurant and outlet services! Food Servers are essential to the success of the restaurant team and will provide outstanding guest service, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages with a smile. Essential Job Functions: Deliver best-in-class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness. Enthusiastically take and deliver guests' food and beverage orders. Regularly revisit the table to ensure beverages are filled, and guest satisfaction is ensured. Generate checks through PMS and receive payments efficiently for each guest. Maintain daily restaurant organization, ensuring all condiments and supplies are replenished. Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages. Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all restaurant and service workstations. This role has a Hiring bonus of $ 1,000-weekend retention incentive: $250 on the 90th day of employment, $250 on the 6th month, and $500 to be paid on your first anniversary. This incentive is based on weekend availability only for the first year of employment. If availability to work weekend shifts changes, you will no longer be eligible for future incentive payouts. Weekend in this incentive plan is defined as Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings. Physical Demands : Kneel, stoop, grasp, lift, carry, and transport 50 - 75 lbs. Work most of the shift standing and moving about in restaurants and the kitchen. Qualifications : Education : High school diploma or its equivalent Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Server experience in a similar role; size of operation preferred.
