We have an immediate opening for a Production Operator to join us in Plymouth Minnesota. Not only is our production environment clean and quiet, but you will be joining a team that is passionate about making a difference in tomorrow's world. This is a 1st Shift position, which offers a pay range of $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, DOE. Job Responsibilities In this role you will: Assemble our devices following step by step instructions Set up and operate machines for sub-assembly, final assembly and calibrations operations Maintain equipment used in area of responsibility Handle delicate and static sensitive materials Provide recommendations for improvement/changes in assembly and/or equipment being used in assembly Background & Skills Qualifications include: Ability to use basic hand tools and follow step by step instructions Clear and effective English verbal and written communication skills Detail oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Ability to stand for a 8-10 hour shift Employee Benefits We are excited to offer you the following benefits with your employment: Bonus system Paid vacation Pension plan Personal insurance Opportunity to join Employee Resource Groups Employee Referral Program This list does not promise or guarantee any particular benefit or specific action.
