Our client, a dynamic player in the logistics industry, is seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Lead to join their team. As a Bilingual Warehouse Lead, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting a diverse team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent organizational abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bilingual Warehouse Lead - Night Shift

Location: Coppell, TX

Shift: Monday-Thursday/7pm-6:30am

Pay Range: $20.54

What's the Job?

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Lead and mentor warehouse agents, fostering a collaborative environment.

Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to meet customer demands.

Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.

Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and reporting.

What's Needed?

Fluency in both English and Spanish.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Prior experience in a warehouse setting is a plus but not required.
