Job Title: Senior /Principal Project Manager - Medical Device ManufacturingJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior /Principal Project Manager to lead and support contract manufacturing responsibilities. This crucial role involves preparing for an FDA audit later this year, focusing on process validation and test method validation efforts within a medical device manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed plans aligned with the program's strategic objectives, including master schedules, budgets, program milestones, and key tasks and deliverables.

Provide guidance and direction to the core team to define clear goals and evaluate progress effectively.

Identify and assist in clearing barriers to effective program progress.

Resolve program resource issues and facilitate the reallocation of activities to ensure schedules are achieved.

Conduct financial evaluations of programs to ensure budgetary compliance.

Facilitate all core team meetings and track progress against the project plan.

Comply with US FDA regulations, other regulatory requirements, company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.

Maintain positive and cooperative communication and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.

Essential Skills

10 years of experience in project/program management.

8+ years of experience managing manufacturing projects, preferably with medical devices such as catheters and leads.

Experience with Class III Medical Devices.

Experience coordinating and managing projects utilizing third-party vendor relationships.

Proficiency in program management, project management, process validation, and test method validation.

Familiarity with PMP certification and MS Project.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.

5+ years of progressively responsible experience leading broad, multi-disciplinary teams, preferably in the medical device industry.

Demonstrated experience in leading projects and programs.

Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite at our facility in Minnesota. It involves collaboration with various levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors, ensuring effective communication and teamwork. The role supports key contract manufacturing efforts in preparation for an FDA audit, focusing on process validation and test method validation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $68.00 - $110.00/hr.
