In this role, you'll handle key accounting tasks that are essential to the organization's success, working hand-in-hand with a seasoned accounting team that's dedicated to excellence. What You'll Be Doing:

General Ledger Oversight: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all entries and adjustments are accurate and properly documented.

Month-End Close: Participate in closing activities, including preparing journal entries, completing account reconciliations, and generating financial reports.

Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and reports to guide executive decision-making.

Manage Fixed Assets: Maintain accurate fixed-asset records, including depreciation schedules and asset tagging.

Intercompany Transactions: Manage and reconcile intercompany accounts to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.

Ad Hoc Reporting and Projects: Support special projects, such as process improvements, policy updates, or software implementations.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.

Experience: 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience. Public accounting experience or working with GAAP is a definite plus!

Tech Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or SAP is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is also a must.

Analytical Mindset: You have the ability to analyze numbers and trends, making sense of complex data to assist in business planning.

Strong Communication: You can effectively communicate financial data to both financial and non-financial team members.

Organized and Self-Driven: You excel at prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
